Mr. Pastacaldi worked extremely hard on my case! I was facing difficult charges and he was able to get both of my complaints dismissed! I highly recommend him if you are facing criminal charges.

My brother got detained by ICE because of a criminal record, and Micheal Pastacaldi represented him in the Superior Court of New Jersey and he did a Post Conviction Relief and got his Post Conviction Relief granted and got his Gulity Plea Vacated. Basically he is an innocent man. We are extremely reliefed we hired Micheal Pastacaldi to represent my brother in his criminal record matter. He was able to mitigate the case favorably and substantially vacate his conviction. His knowledge and his skill are unmatched.
