Shortly after we signed a contract for sale, the buyer was trying to get more credit on unknown future issues. Lazaro worked with me to come to a more reasonable credit on known fixes, not unknown. I am so grateful for Veer Patel, John Voorhees, Lazaro Cardenas and the rest of their team. They worked with me and my brother on a partition case. It wasn't an easy road for any of us but they didn't give up on our case and wanted the best outcome for us. They really worked with us and for us on this litigation case and provided us their best services. They truly went above and beyond as this was a difficult one. This team is very knowledgeable, understanding, helpful, patient, and friendly. If there were any questions we had small or big they would answer them right away. I definitely recommend them.

I highly DON'T recommend Bost, and believe all the 5 stars are familyand friends. No legit review is all 5 or 1 stars ,with no 2, 3,or 4 stars .. then I believe the 1 stars. Bost was supposedly retained to do probate work, after my father died, he sat on $3,500 and did absolutely nothing in 8 months and then asked for another $10,000 for first court that could be done over video and just to inform all the heirs. Said he only used $1,000 Asked to itemize what he did and he tells family he charging for the phone call Again he did absolutely nothing. Seems like a jack of all trades master of none.

He was also very compassionate regarding my circumstances. Mr Patel is skillful in explaining complex legal processes in layman's terms.
