Within a couple of minutes of speaking to him, I knew that I could stop my search. Michael is extremely down to earth. In speaking with him, you can sense his sincerity and passion. He will speak to you as if you and he are equals without casting judgement. He answered every question I had, both related and unrelated to my case, and outlined the process and what to expect perfectly.
