I have been a lawyer for 23 years, and rarely do I see ESP Panelists go to such extremes to help the parties settle their cases. This is the worst lawyer I have seen. I hired her for my divorce case a year ago. She is never in her office and never calls you back when you leave messages. Yet charges her hourly fee to leave messages with her secretary. Never follows through with what she promises and later tells me I didn't talk to her about it. She is all talk. In fact she ordered the wrong subpoena for bank accounts and the wrong dates, didn't even look at them. I was denied CHILD SUPPORT and the judge wrote a half page explanation to her telling her that in 15 years of practice she still doesn't know the correct way of submitting exhibits to the court??? How humiliating! Not only that she sent the motion to the wrong county! She didn't even tell me, I found out from the other parties lawyer when he ridiculed her on the counter motion!! How embarassing,. Yet she had already charged me for it! 20 min. before the mediation she called me from her car to ask me what was in the bank statements. 3 days ago I had spoken to her and asked her to prepare herself. She left abruptly during the mediation and didn't even tell me, I had to call and ask her where she was only to find out that she left to go to court. Soo much more to write, but please for your sake, don't be like me, WASTED A YEAR AND $14,000 for a case to be dismissed in court because this lawyer didn't bother doing anything other than charge me for speaking to her secretary.
