Raymond was very helpful in preparing our case for the USCIS and answered our questions promptly. He also gave valuable advice regarding some questions we had that were not directly relating to our case. He is also very accommodating when it comes to the fee structure and does not try to upsell other services. He is also flexible when it comes to scheduling consultations. Having detail-oriented support staff is very important at a law firm since they are the ones who go through and fill out your application. Raymond's staff were diligent in helping to fill out ours.
