I would definitely reccomend Gary and Brian. We came to them after dealing with another attorneys office that didn't go over so well. They are very family oriented and knowledgeable! They are making our process smooth and easy to deal with. We are so happy with them.

Paid the firm $7,000 to write letters and make phone calls for an estate matter over the course of 10 months. The firm miscalculated the court filing fee. Meanwhile, I hired a NY law firm, paid half this amount and in 5 months, they have contacted the adversary, prepared the petition, prepared petition to compel production of will, affidavit of delay, affidavit of heirship and affidavit to dispense with filing of a bond. EDIT: The owners son now falsely claims that I did not pay this amount. I am more than willing to show the cashed checks to anyone who makes a request. The checks total $7,000 that this firm cashed quite quickly. Ironically, look on Yelp and you will notice that the Yelp filtering software has excluded the postings made by the owners of this business.

Most recently I used Hoffman and Hoffman for my house closing and I was completely satisfied with the level of professionalism, attention to detail, and thoroughness of their service. They consistently deliver, and will continue to be my one any only choice for all legal issues.
