Craig Fishman recently represented me in my worker's comp case. It was a tough case, with multiple injuries, a need for temporary disability benefits from the state, since the WC company cut off my benefits, and I moved out of state during the ordeal. Craig was awesome! He helped me obtain temporary disability benefits, got me treatment, including the surgery that the WC company did not want to cover, and got me my worker's comp benefits back as well. He also just settled my case with WC, and despite their attorney wanting me to drive almost 11 hours to be there to sign off on it, Craig was able to get them to agree to let me give my testimony by phone, saving me the time and money of traveling back to NJ. His staff is great, and Craig is accessible if you have questions you need answered. I was impressed with how promplty he returned my calls. I could not have been happier with Craig, and the services from everyone at Fishman & Fishman. I highly recommend using them for your legal needs.
