H Benjamin Sharlin is a lawyer that really attends to the best interests of his clients. He was always available to answer calls or emails in a timely manner. We used him for an estate sale. There were three of us handling the estate which can be difficult but he was respectful in dealing with each individual. His advise was well thought out and right on target. in I was refered to Ben Sharlin through a personal friend while we were talking over dinner that I was in need of an attorney that could help me with the selling of my business. I then contacted Mr. Sharlin a few months ago with the task of selling my franchised map business. I had spoken to two other attorneys prior who were too busy at the time to help me accomplish my tasks and were not sure how to handle some of the aspects of the franchse agreement and how to move forward with my potential buyers. I just recently had a court date in Princeton Muni Court over a speeding ticket. Mr. Sharlin was able to reschedule my original court date because of a conflict of my schedule and I never stressed about it. The best part of working with Mr. Sharlin is his ongoing communication. You always knew what was happening with your case. At the court house Mr. Sharlin did his magic. Walked out from a 4 point violation to a zero point violation with a small fine.
