Very well put-together Professional organization. Avoids the overextended syndrome of lost communications, etc. so often seen in other large legal entities. High level of personal attention. I would highly recommend Samuel Gaylord esq. He was knowledgeable, and shows compassion to his clients. I had concerns and numerous questions and not one went unanswered or unaddressed. Although the matter took great time to resolve the outcome was a favorable blessing! In my time of doubt he reassured me of his commitment to my case and to the best interest of my family. Sam Gaylord was my attorney for my Pension Disability Case. I got denied in Feb 2023.Sam didn't advise me in the beginning that if ì got denied, ì would have to pay more money to appeal the decision. How is a disabled person going to come up with appeal money and can't work ? After ì paid to retain him & also paid for the pension doctor to evaluate me and testify on my behalf in court. All of the 5 stars and comments on how good Sam is ,is not true. I would never recommend this law firm to anyone.

I highly recommend Dan Sweetser and the Szaferman Lakind law firm in the area of employment law. I have also recommended Dan to many others who share my praise for his work. I am an executive in the manufacturing industry who recently separated from my employer. Dan was able to obtain a far better severance package for me than the package offered by company.
