Kim Otis is great to work with. My recent real estate transaction dragged on for months due to some mortgage complications. Kim patiently worked the transaction and took all of the aggravations of dealing with a very difficult buyer off of my hands. They are professional and efficient and truly a pleasure to work with. I have used Kim on a number of occasions and have always felt confident that I was getting the best advice there was to be had. My wife & I have used him for both residential and commercial real estate matters. He has represented my child during a time of youthful indiscretion, and the respect that the judge had for Kim clearly helped my child.

I hired Mr Otis to try my case originated from a municipal court that ended up in Superior Court as an indictable offense and the case was about to be presented to the grand jury .Before I went to Kim, I consulted few " high profile Lawyers" experts in that area according to their websites who refused to the case because they told me it was impossible to win, since you get the same result even with a plea bargain.Kim humbly as usual, with his knowledge and expertise was able to get me out off this situation that was about to destroy my entire life . I trust this lawyer and I will stay loyal to him and recommend him anybody who have legal problems.

Kim did a fine job with my case, and his knowledge and skills are comparable to other attorneys. However, he overcharge the clients and is not trustworthy. 1. He gave a simple retaining letter, without mentioning hourly rate, hidden charge etc., only surprise you later with the bill. 2. False promise on the estimate cost, bump it up after you signed the retaining letter. 3. Terrible timekeeping, overcharge for phone conversation, response to emails, and commuting to/from the court. 4. Threatening words when bill was not paid in time, even the case is still not resolved.

I was a client of Kim Otis in 2006 when we purchased a home, and he represented us. He did a good job -- very direct and responsive to our needs.
