I just want to say this law firm is nothing short of the most professional set of individuals. I had probably one of the most complex cases administratively and personally in the county that my case was in for family law, and I was with a previous firm that didn't stand a chance with the opposing adversary and when I retained Tony and Francesca, My case turned a whole 180° to make things fair and equitable within under a month from when I was already 3 and 1/2 years in. They are responsive attentive and most importantly compassionate through all steps of your case especially when you're on edge, they truly do know how to take you off the ledge and provide you with knowledgeable facts and not leaving it up to you to the decide. I know a lot of places will ask you to leave reviews , but this isn't the case they are truly wonderful individuals and I thank them for changing the course of my future. I highly recommend! Mr. Dunleavy was not the original lawyer on my case, I met him in court, the morning of my case, my lawyer was called away for an emergency. Within ten minutes of meeting Mr. Dunleavy, I knew, I was in good hands. His warm demeanor and knowledge of the law and my case in particular, eased my mind. Mr. Dunleavy was charismatic and walked me through every possible scenario and worked very hard to achieve an outcome that he knew I would be most comfortable with. I highly recommend Mr. Dunleavy.

I can’t speak for all the attorneys at this firm but do not retain Toni Damiano. She ran up my bill, dragged out my very simple case, did not return phone calls, made many mistakes, and was incredibly rude. I did most of the work on my case. I fired her and my next attorney resolved my case in two phone calls. She never called opposing council… just sent endless emails and proposals that ran up my bill. Oh, and notice that the poor reviews on this site are met with the same response…”we were not retained by this person.” My review is not meant to hurt Toni, it is meant to prevent people from being hurt by her representation.
