Mr. Dunleavy was not the original lawyer on my case, I met him in court, the morning of my case, my lawyer was called away for an emergency. Within ten minutes of meeting Mr. Dunleavy, I knew, I was in good hands. His warm demeanor and knowledge of the law and my case in particular, eased my mind. Mr. Dunleavy was charismatic and walked me through every possible scenario and worked very hard to achieve an outcome that he knew I would be most comfortable with. I highly recommend Mr. Dunleavy.

Anthony is an amazing lawyer. My divorce was a difficult case dealing with child support, custody, and DV. I needed a well rounded lawyer that could represent me in all areas which is rare. As a male sometimes you are not taken seriously especially when it comes to DV. Everything was won in my favor and permeators put in place for the future, which played out exactly as he predicted. I would highly recommend him. I have been divorce for over a year now and any issue that has come up has been covered in my divorce settlement (MSA). If you are a good father going through an ugly divorce and in need a good lawyer you are talking to the right person. Just trust the process and listen to his recommendations for the best solution depending on your situation.

I hired Anthony, and while my case was relatively minor in comparison to the matters that he typically handles, he took the time to treat my case as he would with any of his much more complicated and significant matters. Anthony and the firm as a whole worked to expedite it as quickly as possible for me.

Anthony Dunleavy helped me to get a restraining order dismissed. He was very very thorough in reviewing my evidence and understanding my situation which I did NOT get with my previous attorney. Although I personally felt I wasn't deserving of having a restraining order placed against me and the plaintiff didn't have a strong case I still strongly believe Anthony's expertise with restraining orders and court procedures were invaluable in court. Sometimes something as simple as lack of knowledge of court procedures can greatly impact the way you present your defense and the decision could have gone against me if I had opted to "save myself the money" and represented myself. I would recommend all males facing a TRO/FRO, especially those who think they can represent themselves, to use Anthony Dunleavy. Peace of mind is invaluable.

I was introduced to Carrie and Anthony at Mr. Men’s Right’s Divorce & Family Law by Schultz & Associates by a friend who had previously used their services. The recommendation was glowing; almost too good to be true. I had already lined up two other consultations, one with an attorney recommended thru my job and another I found on Avvo, so I proceeded with my due diligence, meeting with two other law firms prior to meeting Anthony and the team. Immediately during the first phone call with the intake specialist, It was immediately apparent why they had come so highly recommended. They were thoughtful and meticulous in their attention to the details of my case and I hadn’t signed a retainer yet. As I sat down to meet for my consult, they opened the conversation by proposing an agenda and it started with: “How was I doing?”, “What immediate needs did I have as a Person?” And “What was my desired outcome? During my other consults, the law firms I had met were only interested getting to a settlement versus understanding the case, its merits, and get me to sign a retainer. The team cared about all possible outcomes: dismissal, settlement and trial. They discussed all scenario’s and most importantly focused on the impact all outcomes would have on me personally and professionally. They understood that the most important outcome was what was in the best interest of my 2 yo daughter. The team also provided information on statewide services to assist me as well as a calendar of activities and events which I’d come to utilize to make the most of my limited visitation time with my daughter. Further they offered advice on my personal growth and recommended a number of available programs which I could partake in. Mind you, this was all during the initial 1 hour consult (which lasted longer than that as they left no stone unturned). I left without signing a retainer, as they laid out a strategy which would allow us to understand the adversaries position without jeopardizing my case. After my 1st court appearance, the outcome of a dismissal did not materialize, so I returned to sign my retainer and the team immediately got to work on my case. Reiterating again, they could’ve signed me during the consult, but they cared about my financial situation and didn’t want to needlessly waste money if I wasn’t going to need their services. Within hours of retaining their services, the team immediately began reaching out to the adversary to try to reach an out of court settlement. That was no easy task as the other attorney was unengaged and aloof. The adversary also failed to return calls and respond to emails. Without their persistence, I don’t believe any communications would have occurred, leaving us at a disadvantage going into a trial. But the diligence paid off, and we were able to plan what was ultimately a successful defense for trial. While I am obviously satisfied with the outcome of my case, I can without any hesitation say I’d offer the same review had the outcome been different. Clients become extended family. Throughout the roughest days, I was reassured by steadfast communications - even going so far as to come in on a Sunday evening because he had been in court ALL week - to consult and prepare me for trial. In court Anthony ran circles around the adversary. It was major league players versus high school junior varsity players. Anthony researched all relevant cases, finding specific, like for like to my case, Appellate court rulings to bolster our case. He knew exactly how to press key witnesses and when it wasn’t in our best interest. He had also taken the time to get to know me, so that during trial prep, he could focus on my weaknesses and play off of my strengths as a witness. Google “the best signs of a successful business” and near the very tip of all lists you’ll ‘repeat customers’. As I have a long way to go with phase 2 of my divorce - I will be using Anthony and the team

I hired Mr. Dunleavy when I was going through my divorce and property settlement. He was very professional and prompt with his responses. I started my divorce process around 2014. Anthony consulted with me on several issues more than one time. I didn't wind up hAving to go to court so he wasn't retained, but if I had to go,he would be the one I would want with me. You should too. He took time for me even though I didn't retain him. He helped as much as he was legally allowed to without representation. If he did that for me, I know he will do more for you if he represents you. His guidance helped me to resolve my issues with the ex, and avoided a costly and lengthy battle, which in turn benefits all parties.

Anthony represented me for over two years. The man represents what every honest good hearted person wish represented the norm in this industry. It is very hard to find an Attorney with so many great qualities, but I would say that Anthony's biggest quality is how Humble he is. This allows him to always listen without jumping to conclusions been able to get the whole picture and represent you better. He is patient and will explained everything in detail. He answers all your concerns and is there for you every step of the way. Anthony did and Excellent job with my Parental relocation and even thought the other party put up a fight, he remained always calmed and positive and performed his job in a very professional way.
