Choosing the Damiano law firm for my divorce was the best decision I made! James is truly exceptional, and I believe he is the best out there! I appreciate his intelligence and guidance. I knew as soon as I needed a lawyer I would be calling Toni Damiano. Several of my friends used her and could not say enough good things. She not only personally led me through the entire process, but she looked out for my best interest every step of the way AND helped me avoid a very large mistake by being so diligent and thorough. Attorneys, like all people, have very diverse and distinct characteristics. When seeking the services of an attorney, you hope to find one that is dedicated to your cause (and case), knowledgeable, meticulous in their preparation and attention to detail, and most importantly honest and trustworthy. I found such an attorney at Damiano Law in Francesca Yuppa. My mere words cannot adequately express how fortunate I feel in having had Francesca at my side during my case. She inspired confidence in how she could "read the room", quickly assess the situation, and provide an appropriate response on the spot. But what I appreciated most from Francesca, was her candid, spot-on assessments of the pros AND cons of every twist and turn we encountered. She made certain that I had an honest view of both sides of the argument and this was a tremendous help in making my decisions along the way. To which, I have to say, made..... me feel beyond special. I had the honor and privilege of having Zachary Damiano as my council. There were many many times I needed to vent. Zachary aloud me to feel comfortable and release that stress, even if it made him feel uncomfortable... with a smile. When my schedule went beyond their office hours. Zachary would be emailing me or calling me to make sure every attention to detail, my details. where met. He should of been eating dinner with his family.
