Divorce is certainly not an easy process, although Jayna Patel guided me through emotional decisions in a calm and reasonable manner. She was supportive of my perspective while realistic and honest in managing my expectations, as divorce is an exercise in compromise. Paperwork can feel overwhelming; she gave me early deadlines so things were completed in advance, and was accessible for any questions. She was prepared, informed, and a pleasure to know. I walked away with a divorce in about a year (in NJ, that's fast), and felt that the majority of my assets were protected.
