I feel fantastic about my experience. I was an emotional wreck when I first contacted Barry and his team survived all my emotional distress and helped me correct an extremely complicated will dispute. I think that any other lawyer would have told me that they couldn’t help me. Barry and Angelina and the rest of Barry’s team fought hard, against two people who lied, withheld facts, refused to cooperate, and even refused to communicate. Barry overturned a Will, which is extremely difficult to do. My two young children, in elementary school, will be able to have a better current situation and future situation because of Barry and Angelina and Barry’s team. I want to thanks Barry and his staff for handling something for me that it was said that it couldn’t be done. They helped me with an issue no one else wanted to do. My father passed and left a will but his will wasn’t filed until years later and under New York law you have only a certain time to contest. And to make matters worse this was the last year to get it done. But luckily I was consulted and given hope by the staff of Barry and Janay to pursue it. Attorney Janay had done a great work help me make a strategy and draft a demand letter against Apple Inc for a iPhone which is out of the service date. The iPhone 5 I used for two years had problem in the wake/sleep button and with issue in battery life. I have contacted Apple Inc for repairing, but got rejected since it is out of the service/warranty. Attorney Janay wrote a demand letter and requested the repairing with good reasoning. After a few weeks, I got a new iPhone 5 from Apple Inc. Thanks a lot for Mr Janay's help.
