I was referred to Ziegler, Zemsky & Resnick, specifically Vikki Zieglar for my prenup. I was nervous about the process and did not want any part of this to get stressful or upsetting. Vikki and her Paralegal, Shelby Neurouter were excellent from start to finish! They made me feel welcome, they answered my million questions, did things in a timely manner, and handled everything as I wanted. Vikki worked with me on making me feel comfortable during a very uncomfortable process. It was quick and painless. They also helped me prepare a new Deed as well as several other things. Vikki and Shelby truly cared about me and it made the process so much easier! I would highly recommend Ziegler, Zemsky, & Resnick!

I have a very stressful relationship with the father of my daughters. The divorce/custody process was not nearly as stressful as it should have been, because my "advocate" had a very laid back approach, so I was not well prepared to fight for the best interest of my daughters. Thereafter, I found a good advocate, extremely passionate and with a strong desire to win. None of those approaches were right for my case. Then, by the grace of God, I found Ruth Kim. She is compassionate, acertive and will reason with you. She will not push you to take extreme actions; she will facilitate productive conversations with the other parties, act quickly, find reasonable ways to resolve conflict and, importantly, be constantly available for you in case of questions. Needless to say that working with Ruth has been the most effective way of handling my co-parenting issues. After 5 years of discussions, motions and back and forth arguments, I feel like we are getting somewhere with the ongoing parenting relationship. Ruth has been instrumental for this! Do yourself a favor and reach out to her. You'll be glad you did.
