Hired mr bloom for my closing on my house. He called me in person when he had questions & returned my calls when I left a message. His staff was very helpful also when I had questions. Would definitely hire him again!

Ian was totally professional, helpful and supportive in the selling of a house for my sister's estate. The buyer's lawyer and agent were disorganized, but Ian stayed on top of things and kept us informed of what was happening. He helped us to close at the earliest possible time, despite receiving a lot of the needed information from others last minute.
I would gladly recommend him to anyone.

So our Buyers had some issues with closing but it was nothing Ian could do. He was a gentleman and professional during the entire process and guided us where needed.
This was our second closing with Ian and he is the only NJ attorney we would use for purchasing or selling a home in NJ.
