We recently used Lauren Talty as our real estate attorney in connection with the sale of our house. She was great to work with. She explained all aspects of the contract of sale to us and was responsive when any issues arose during the transaction. She discussed all of our options with us from a legal and practical perspective. We definitely recommend Lauren and will be using her for the purchase of our house as well!

Had initial consultation. No clue or difference between chapters of bankruptcies. Please be careful. Wanted to scam us 60k with legal fees. wasted 1 hour . i have meet over 17 attorneys . they were on same page except this group.
