I went through a divorce 2 years ago, which left me in a poor financial position. After a year of being paying out more than I earn, I was forced to pull the plug on my finances and start with a fresh slate. I weighed my options very carefully, and decided bankruptcy was the right thing to do. Anyhow, I picked this firm first because they were close to my home and had good reviews... and I am extremely happen with my selection. Bruce and Shelley were awesome. I work in the city... and they were very flexible with their appointment times to allow me to come in. They do a lot of work behind the scenes and will follow up with you to make sure you provide them the information they need. The only thing that could get me truly back on track was a Chapter 7, and they were able to get enough information about my situation to properly qualify me. They made the process feel quick and painless, and did a great job of coaching me through it.. answering any/all questions and not pressuring me at any point of the process. They are very professional, down to earth, and give very good guidance through this difficult decision. If you've decided to file, look no further than this firm. You are in good hands. I was able to keep all of my personal items, including my car.
