James Clancy is a professional attorney, and as his client I also felt his compassion and understanding. I had a workplace injury that resulted in a broken bone and tore ligaments. I required surgery, and from my injuries I developed Complications and Complex Regional Pain syndrome. I was in severe pain and he help me navigate to a Doctor who treated me and help me find some relief with a DRG Stimulator implant. He was responsive and knowledgeable to my condition and helped me through a very difficult stressful time, physically, emotionally, and financially. A workplace injury is handled through workman’s compensation this can be very challenging and requires many visits to Doctors, Mr Clancy and his staff made my appointments and kept me informed of my Progress in my case. CRPS is a life long disability but he did fight for me to be seen and for my financial future. In closing he was very thorough and I am satisfied with the outcome and would highly recommend him to anyone needing an attorney for a work place injury.

I have dealt with James clancey for 3 years due to the passing of my Wonderful attorney Anthony Marcozzie, however after 3yrs of phone calls he never returned my call,I have a case with UNITED AIRLINES since 2012,after back surgery I have inherited severe pain and swelling, 6ruptured disk after surgery which are excucerating pain,I have been going to pain management since surgery and have developed COMPLEX REGONAL PAIN SYNDROME, with documents stating due to back surgery,I have suffered two prolapse also cause by back surgery I walk with a Cain and Mr clancey says there is no case,iam my husband caretaker and requested going to court,since his Dr did not do a physical examination and UNITED did an examination during covid when I was suffering from extreme depression, I chose to reschedule UNITED examination but Mr clancey declined, also he said in order to go to court I will have to pay,which I know is untrue. I have requested a new attorney from his firm and have not received any calls as of yet..do not go to this firm,they don't care to put any time into helping the injured.Also in three years he never set up a consultation prior to the United health exam,only set one up when he received an extremely low embarrassing offer to which I requested to go to court.
