I went into Borbi, Clancy, and Patrizi nervous and had no idea What my next step should be. I was dealing with a situation where I was not being heard. I had a physician tell me to live with my pain and condition. I was sent to another doctor a year later and was told I needed surgery. Mr. Clancy was very patient with me. I felt very naive and felt like my employer had steamed rolled me. It took a while but the outcome was more than expected. Mr. Clancy took the time to explain to me step by step what was going to happen and was even very understanding when I had to take some time to think about things. I highly recommend this law firm!

Highly Qualified Attorney It was truly an honor to have Attorney James M. Clancy to represent me with my Workman's Comp injury that I sustained at my work place. Once I was introduced to his law firm and contacted Mr. Clancy he immediately setup a consultation meeting with me to go over my injury that occured on my job. He immediately started the ball rolling by instructing me on each step I had to take to get my injury taken care of as soon as possible. He directed me to a doctor that would examine the injury and make sure I would get the proper treatment to which surgery was needed to help correct the problem I was having. Everytime I needed to talk to him, he made himself available to me. If he wasn't available when I called he would make sure to return my call if I had any concerns.We shared information constantly. Everytime I had a doctor appointment, surgery that was needed, various treatments or therapy was documented for my lawsuit. He handled my case professionally and made sure he kept me informed about how everything was going with my case. He fought hard to get me compensation for my pain and suffering not once but twice after my case was reopened do to continued suffering from my injury.
