I highly recommend the Manchel law firm to handle a bankruptcy. From the very beginning I was treated with care and respect . It was a bad time for me . My finances and taxes where a mess.I had just gone thru a messy divorce. I had been to 3 lawyers trying to find the right one. After meeting with Rob Manchel he was very patient and answered all my questions and gave me a handful of information the other lawyers did not mention. Dealing with Robert during an extremely stressful situation was more than I could have hoped for. He takes his time to make sure you understand every step of what he is doing and what needs to be done. He really takes the time to explain the laws and what he is doing for you and why. Robert understands that this is an extremely difficult and stressful time. Unlike a lot of lawyers I have dealt with, he is truly compassionate and you can tell that he truly cares. Never once did I feel like the “meter was running” like with a stereotypical lawyer. The cost he quoted me upfront was the final cost even though he did so much extra work than was originally required. I can’t think Robert enough, nor can I recommend him loudly enough to others.

Robert Manchel represented me and my husband with a chapter 13 case. He saved our house from foreclosure and we eliminated all of our credit card debt and personal loans. Every time I called him, throughout the entire case, Rob either answered our call or got back to us, immediately.
