Skid marks,traffic signals, surrounding businesses entrances and exits of those business.. also of all your personal injuries. Brusing, road rash, any braces or medical devices. Keep a daily Diary of your pain levels. Things you can not do. Pictures don't lie, but the person who hit you will. On August 5, 2017, my husband was taking a leisurely motorcycle ride to the park when a reckless driver coming the opposite direction decided to reach for a water bottle, cross into oncoming traffic, hitting my husband head on and killing him. Two weeks after the accident, we found out this woman carried no liability insurance. I submitted a claim to my car insurance company to see if there was coverage offered under the uninsured motorist section of my policy. My claim was immediately rejected due to the fact my husband was driving a motorcycle when he was hit. I decided to search for a lawyer.
