Mr. Brennan did a great job as my lawyer in my case. Without going into details I can tell you I had a case against me that was at worst nothing more than a misdemeanor. The state was trying to make it seem like it was a huge deal but we both knew that it was nothing like the state was saying it was. Mr. Brennan listened to what I had to say and reviewed all of the evidence and he was able to get the charges against me dropped down to a simple disorderly persons charge.

In my personal opinion he is Extremely pompous and rude. Seems to know his stuff but he is extremely arrogant and ignorant. He just doesn’t have the manners of a professional. He seems to still think he’s a prosecutor. I ended up finding a lawyer for half the cost that did the same thing.

SECOND AMENDMENT CASE. John Brennan is a wonderful kind-hearted down-to-earth human being and an excellent attorney. He not only won my case for me against the state concerning a firearms issue, he was always confident and made me feel very at ease during the process. The best lawyer I have ever met I strongly recommend Mr Brennan to anybody.

John Brennan was the second attorney that was brought in to handle my son's criminal case in South Jersey. I had zero life experience in dealing with any criminal issues and did what any reasonable person would do and scoured the internet looking for a good criminal attorney to defend by son. I chose a fairly large firm from North Jersey which was a "big mistake". Over a period of a year and a half, we met once, in person, with the attorney assigned to the case, and that was only due to my insistence. You see, my son was born with mild cerebral palsy, and I felt that it was extremely important that the attorney understand the personality of my son, as an added component to the defense. My frustration peaked towards the end of the case and I ended up firing the incumbent attorney(s) and elected to speak with Mr. Brennan, whom I ultimately hired to finish out the matter. I knew that John Brennan, from the first meeting, was the right choice and it made me realize how big a mistake I had made in signing on with the prior law firm. John is knowledgeable, a former Prosecutor, and certainly knows his way around the Burlington County legal system. However, the most important part of his persona is his ability to relate to his client. Many people speak of the "bed side manner" when dealing with a doctor and how important this can be for the family of the sick individual. This is an attribute that John exhibited each and every time we dealt with him. He took as much time as was needed to explain all aspects of a question and has the ability to "calm the waters", especially for someone like me who has had no knowledge or experience in dealing with the legal system. John has become more than my lawyer, he has become my friend. I would never hesitate in recommending him to anyone, for any reason. My only regret was not finding him sooner. I would have saved myself some money but more importantly, the stress that I lived through during the time I was with the other firm was unbearable. I was never able to get phone calls or emails returned however, John made himself available to my family any time of the day or night and would always return my calls and/or emails, sometimes within minutes. As far as rating John Brennan, I would give him 10 stars out of 5.

Do not recommend. Rude, unprofessional, unresponsive, condescending and highly unqualified. Even mistracked my payments amd tried to overbill me. I ultimately fired him because my gut was screaming he was misleading me. I was right. Hired a better attorney and got completely different outcome. Please find a different attorney. Took my money and ran. Trust your legal issue with someone competent

My experience with this lawyer wasn't great. They were rude, charged a ridiculous amount of money, and didn't fully consider my brother's history in the case, even though it was the reason he ended up in there. John took no time In trying to fight for this case. If I were you I would find someone who actually cares about the case they are working on and not just in it for the money!!!!

I got a letter in the mail that I was indited from a case a long time ago that I had no idea about! I was so scared that I was going to jail because of this! I did my research and came across Mr. Brennan. From the first phone call they were helpful and ready to meet with me to talk about what’s going on. He eased my stress very quickly and I knew I was in good hands! He helped me with this case so much and I am so happy I found him! If you have any criminal cases defiantly contact me.
