I had the pleasure of speaking with Angelica Charriez and she was the absolute best! Not only was she extremely nice but she genuinely cared about my situation and made an extreme effort to give me the best solution. When I called her, I felt like I was stuck and had no where to turn but she made sure she paid attention and gave me hope. She was attentive, kind, a great listener, and all around extremely helpful.
