Jerry and his team were amazing, handled everything with no stress on me during my recovery. in addition he has reviewed the insurance policies of many of my friends to make sure we had the proper coverage. Just that help alone has benefited a number of folks who have had incidents that would have cost them and added coverage to protect them. Got new bike, paid off mortgage and money in the bank, not how i would recommend to do it, hip replacement, reconstructed elbow and neck injury, but Jerry managed it all. thank youi

On August 5, 2017, my husband was taking a leisurely motorcycle ride to the park when a reckless driver coming the opposite direction decided to reach for a water bottle, cross into oncoming traffic, hitting my husband head on and killing him. Two weeks after the accident, we found out this woman carried no liability insurance. I submitted a claim to my car insurance company to see if there was coverage offered under the uninsured motorist section of my policy. My claim was immediately rejected due to the fact my husband was driving a motorcycle when he was hit. I decided to search for a lawyer. I did not expect any great results, since my insurance company flat out denied my claim so quickly. But it was worth a shot. Jerry Friedman sued the insurance company for the uninsured motorist amount not covered by the motorcycle insurance we had. Six months after the accident, I collected that money! I was shocked that it actually worked and am thankful that I no longer have to stress over losing half my income. I have a bit of a nest egg now. If you or a loved one is ever involved in a motorcycle accident, do NOT hire any other lawyer than Jerry Friedman. He will be straight with you, explain the law to you in language you can understand, and make recommendations based on experience. Thank you Jerry!
