Attorneys have a bad name for being snakes and non-responsive after you have retained their office. The legal staff and the attorney returned calls immediately. There were times that I sent an email to offload a thought on a weekend or holiday and was shocked when I received a response even though I was not expecting one until business hours. Their professionalism remained consistent throughout our contract. What I appreciated the most is the prompt communication to advise that my matter could not be resolved amicably without litigation. I worked for an attorney for 12 yrs so I have experienced unnecessarily drawing out of cases because of non responsiveness from counsel. Morgan and Rooks kept me updated and educated about my case (I actually learned some case law just in how well written their correspondence was in my matter). If I choose to pursue my case in court I will most definitely use their office.
