I cant put into words how thankful I am to Matt for being very good at what he does. Matt did everything right. He settled for a decent amount and settled quickly. He said he could settle for more than my former employer was offering me to push the discrimination under the rug, and he delivered on that promise. Went to Matt to take on a breastfeeding discrimination case. My wife was terminated after a long battle to even be able to pump at work, because she took “too long” to pump. I remember when we told Matt what had happened. You could see the disappointment on his face, and then the determination look.
