I would highly recommend Console and Associates, PC for their expertise and quality of work for personal injury claims. Mr. Console and his staff are highly professional and attentive to all of the needs of the client. They make sure that all legal issues in their cases are addressed to the fullest extent and they excel in their care, dedication and competence. My experience with Mr. Console has been nothing but positive. He is genuine and sincere. I have referred multiple people over the years because I know that their issues will be well addressed.

They took my case but after my therapy was done from car accident they said the case is too cheap for them to continue. Really?

Never returned my call

Medical Transportation personnel dropped my mother in our house after transport from a hospital - in a NON-EMERGENCY situation. She has not been able to walk since. MyInjuryAttorney refused the case due to their lack of understanding of a NJ statute that protects EMT's only in an emergency situation and when "rendering of basic life support services, pre-hospital care, or intermediate life support services in good faith and in accordance with this act." None of that is applicable to my mother's situation. Look for a lawyer that actually understands the laws in NJ.

The attorney representing me dropped me as a client and left for vacation without explaining why. I talked to my attorney one time on the phone and expressed my frustrations of how the case was being handled. I was told it would be taken to the "round table" and 2 days later I was dropped as a client. I finally gave up asking why I was dropped after numerous emails and phone calls to the firm with no response back.

My brother recommended Mike Ellery from Console & Hollawell, and I am so glad he did. Mike was efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Working with his paralegal, Lorraine, was awesome, too. They were both available whenever I had questions, and were great with staying in touch. It was a long process, from the time of my car accident to receiving my settlement check, but I feel like Console & Hollawell was there for me every step of the way!

After talking to friends about my accident, I decided to hire an attorney because we knew the accident wasn't my fault. I chose Console & Hollawell because of their online ratings and I decided to give them a chance. They were fantastic. Rick has been there for me since day one. Through every legal matter, he was there to reassure me and make sure that I was protected.

The encounter I've had with Richard J Hollawell has been anything but professional. May be you should drop the P from Console & Hollawell P.C Richard made sure to include his professional credentials with the barrage of intimidating electronic and voice mails he left for me at my business and personal addresses. With statements such as "I know all about you" and "I have your home address and your personal information" I wonder if he has my registered agents address? What relevance is having my HOME address anyways? Sounds stalkerish. I would advise the public against using a firm that employs such tactics.

I had another attorney before this firm and I wasn't satisfied in any way so I went with Console & Hollawell and it was a night and day difference. They got a medical lien against me lifted and took care of my medical bills. They were easy to talk to if i had a problem with anything. If I didn't like a doctor I was seeing they helped me find a new one. My team broke down the process so it was easy to understand.
