I have recommended Joe Costa to many people. He handled my mom's successful Medicaid filing as well as other matters related to the nursing home and estate planning. I initially reached out to five elder attorneys looking for assistance to file for Medicaid for my father. Joe Costa was one of the few attorneys who reached out within 24 hours of my request. Joe spent 45 minutes with me on the initial call and dedicated time to answer every email question I had. Unfortunately Dad didn’t live long enough for Medicaid filing, but Joe and his team supported me and my mother through the preliminary process and were extremely supportive after the passing of my Dad. Costa and Nathan are awesome!

Joe Costa is a compassionate and professional
Elder care attorney who has guided my mother and me through this emotional journey. We met him several years ago and have continued to work with him as my mothers age and illness has progressed. He is caring, patient, thorough and generous with his time. It could be very difficult for a family to navigate the plethora of legal implications and deal with deep emotions, but Joe has certainly helped.
