Absolutely terrible at communication. Asked about state and county law for rentals and could not answer. Made us wait, We found another representative that has more knowledge. Rates were higher here too for lack of communication.

Paul A. Gerike just completed a Living Will / Will for me. Service was done in a timely, friendly, professional manner. I would highly recommend him for he’s a delight to work with and does an excellent job.
