He used to prosecute tax fraud cases for the government. He words with an accountant that used to be a bank vice president and a restaurant owner. Really knowledgeable team. My recommendation is let them run your audit. Your accountant will just hand them the records and may even make adverse statements that will haunt you civilly and criminally. Amen!
