John Iacona is a excellent lawyer for real estate transactions. A friend referred him to me a few years ago. Since then, he has worked as my buyer and seller attorney. He has a very clear mind (very important for attorney). He is experienced, patient, easy to reach, and he protects his clients. He speaks very clean and clear. I had tried other attorney, since John is not in the legal plan network. But that attorney was terrible. I would strongly suggest hire John as your real estate lawyer. His fee is very reasonable, no other hidden charges.
