I just closed a house buying process with David Sachs as my attorney, and I highly recommend working with him. If I can think of 3 attributes of David, it would be 1- thorough 2-upstanding 3-dry humor. I've worked with multiple real estate attorneys and he's the most thorough and will advocate on your behalf, no fluff when it comes to business and negotiating with the opposing lawyer. Although his is the most expensive service that I used, I genuinely believe that you get what you paid for, and since this buying/selling is not something that one does often, it's worth paying for service that you could trust and rely on. I would work with him again. One more thing - if you meet and talk to him, he's actually funny and easy going when it's not business.

We dealt with David Sachs as part of a real estate transaction. We found him to be unresponsive, non-diligent, and irresponsible with requests. There were many times where we had to follow up with his office just to get any sort of response. This lack of urgency pushed back our closing and forced us to pay fees that we were not anticipating. We would not recommend using him.

David Sachs came highly recommended to us by our realtor. We used his services for the sale of both my home and my parents home and also for the purchase of our new construction home in Metuchen . David is very knowledgeable and easy to work with . He is great with answering emails promptly and is available by phone if needed . He also charges at a very reasonable rate . I'm not sure why there aren't more reviews on here but I do highly recommend David for any real estate matters .Thanks again for everything David !!! Kelly T.

David was not only great in helping us purchase our new home, but returned our calls same day any time we needed assistance and explained the home buying process for a first time buyer like me and my wife in a simple way that we could understand. I'd suggest him for any new home buyer.

David is a skilled and knowledgeable lawyer, he was my lawyer for the home buying. I am happy with his service and he always keep me posted with all the updates and he follows up with other parties

David Sachs is highly professional, extremely competent and an all around good person. We initially used him when buying our first home and over the years have gone back to him to draw up our Will and Testament and walk us through two more real estate closings. Having worked with him for so long, I find him lovely to work with and I would highly recommend him to others.

I would not refer Mr. Sachs to anyone. He does not follow through, does not explain in detail, asks you to sign papers without telling you what it is. My real estate closing was very stressful. In the end, because of his mistakes, I had to follow up with buyers attorney to get my fees back that I paid and was not supposed to pay.
