After my divorce I was unable to pay the mounting credit card bills. After looking around for lawyers I found Ivan online and made an appointment to see him. Ivan explained to me that I had several ways of dealing with the debt and after analyzing my situation he recommended that we try to settle my accounts without filing bankruptcy. Over a couple of months Ivan was able to settle my major accounts for about half of what I owed and I was able to make the payments over 12 months to resolve all my major credit card accounts. I would recommend this attorney for anyone with debt problems.

We could not afford our monthly mortgage payments and were served with a foreclosure complaint. Ivan was very knowledgeable in foreclosure law and recommended that we file a response to the foreclosure while seeking a loan modification. I had a difficult time finding an attorney who would speak with me without expecting an expensive consultation fee! Before retaining Ivan, he listened, and gave great advice. He did not expect a fee in return. I am a single mother with two children, and I cannot afford expensive attorney fees. Ivan worked with me and offered me a fee I could afford. I hired Mr. Raevski to represent me in a debt collection lawsuit and got the best possible outcome. I had previously entered into a settlment agreement with a bank through a collection agency. I made several payments and was not able to complete payments because of a change in collection agencies. The bank sued me for the entire balance on my account.
