So glad we hired Jace for the purchase of our first home. He was extremely knowledgeable, answered all of the many questions we had, and was instrumental in developing the best strategy while engaged in negotiations with the buyers. Everyone in his office was helpful and very prompt to respond. I had also previously worked with Jace on a power of attorney document and had a similarly great experience. Would recommend!

Jace, Karina and Gloria are very professional and pleasant. They were extremely helpful with the purchase of our first home. They are knowledgeable, responsive, and accessible, which really made us feel that we were in good hands. I hired Jace and his team because I was the victim of fraud and was being sued because of a forged check. He was extremely responsive and knowledgeable and thanks to his strong research and litigation skills, he won my case. No one will fight harder for you than Jace and his team. I highly recommend him.

Jace was very helpful in my first home purchase. Buying a first home can be very stressful and I was so happy to have someone that I could trust on my side. He walked me through what I should expect / request from the seller and helped so much along the way. My closing went so smoothly as well! Could not recommend more!

I highly recommend Jace McColley as a real estate attorney. Buying (and selling) real estate is extremely stressful and Jace alleviated my crazy fears throughout the whole transaction. From our first meeting, Jace explained everything to me in ways I could understand. He was there for me when anything arose and on the rare occasion when he was unavailable (due to him being in court) his able bodied assistants were accessible. If anyone is looking for a knowledgeable real estate attorney at a fair price, Jace is your man.

Jace and his team are very professional, responsive, and pleasant. Used the services for both buying and selling our home and both the transactions went smooth.
