Michael is just great. His response time is incredible. He listens (seems to be a rare talent these days) and he’s quite adept at seeing the big picture and keeping you focused on end goal. I would certainly use him again and highly recommend his services. He and his team were responsive and easy to work with. I used Michael for real estate sale. When I was upset by inspection “asks” he was able to ratchet me down without me feeling I was being “handled.” At all times I felt Michael had my best interests in mind. Top notch

Thanks for Mike Austin, we were able to get money from everyone involved in the transaction to clean the mold and make the crawl space. He was truly a life saver. The remedy cost about $11k and Mike assisted so that we didn’t have to pay a dime. Mike is absolutely reliable and looked out for our best interest.
