Mr. Austin was retained to handle our commercial property closing. this was zoned industrial, and as everyone knows with commercial it is not like basic real estate it has moving parts with many different factors and contingencies. we had to deal with sellers and their multiple business partners with different views, environmental, lengthy process to sign contracts.Mr. Austin New went to wait for their response and when to send proper time of the essence letters. He is very knowledgeable, he and his office staff are very responsive and reassuring. We completed the closing with additional follow ups and he continued to provide us with information for further beneficial steps to increase value. He was fair and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend. I witnessed what a poor attorney looked liked on the other side, missing information, always on vacation, weeks of lag response time, we spent more time sending update request then getting down to the matter at hand. This is why I was so pleased working with Mr. Austin.

I have worked with Mike for 13 years. When I had a fire 13 years ago and the condo President and board refused to sign their insurance company’s payment authorization over a $1,000 over assessment by their appraiser, he came through for me and i finally was able to rebuild my condo. He has always been there for me when I needed legal advise. I can always call or text him and he will get back to me. He is also very intelligent, and very knowledgeable about many things. When i needed to revise my will he suggested his partner, Meryl as she specializes in estates. Recently, when i needed an elderly abuse lawyer for my brother in Florida, he helped me find a lawyer there. He also helped me with my recent purchase of a new condo. I highly recommend him.

Mike and his staff were tremendous. Their communication was prompt, ongoing and best of all the firm stayed on top of things being proactive. One of Mike's best attributes is that he looks out for you and tries to get as much as he can for the dollar. Before he finalizes anything he checks with you to make sure you feel comfortable with the outcome. His methods are up to date. A special thanks to his assistant Katie. She was very patient and responsible. Many times I called on the weekend and received communication first thing Monday morning. Mike also worked very well with my realtor, contractor and engineering firm communicating constantly with updates. Every message sent to outgoing recipients was forwarded to myself as well. I would highly recommend Mike's services. The entire staff was very helpful and worked together to forward communication and help with questions when Mike was not in his office. Mike was always one step ahead of the buyers lawyer pushing for deadlines and updates. He was able to satisfy our needs even though we were not onsite. We wish to thank Mike and his staff very much!

My husband and I hired Mr. Austin to help us with the closing of our home. Mr. Austin & his assistant, Katie, made the process very easy for us. We are first time homebuyers, so we had TONS of questions, which Mr. Austin & Co. explained every detail of - we learned A LOT. They were very professional and on top of all of our paperwork and timeframes. We closed on time and even cracked some jokes while signing our contract. Michael came highly recommended from our realtor and he did a great job for my wife and I through the home buying process. Michael was able to smooth over any bumps that occurred through the process of buying a house. All issues that came up were settled in our favor and he gave great advice along the way.
