I reached out to Scott after wracking up a bunch of tickets at one stop while driving from out of state to visit my family last summer. It was, by far, the worst night of my life. I am not a criminal, have never been in trouble, and was completely at a loss on what to do. Scott Gorman is a top-notch criminal defense attorney who not only vigorously defends the rights of an accused, but makes sure to file the right paperwork to expunge the record of the arrest and resulting charges once the matter is dismissed. Securing an expungement of your criminal record is extremely important, especially if you are looking for gainful employment.

I contacted Mr. Gorman's office in November 2019 and my call was returned in less than 12 hours! After meeting with him in person, I had supreme confidence that my case would be resolved favorably. He is knowledgeable, personable and highly efficient. He always responded to my questions with clear and concise answers. The words "um" and "I don't know" are not in his vocabulary. A flawless attorney is an anomaly but Mr. Gorman is perfect in every way. At the very least, you should have a conversation with him if you caught a charge in NJ.
