My lawyer at trial assured me everything would be ok. I lost. I asked other lawyers in the courthouse if they handled appeals- I was not going to use the same lawyer who lost my case. The name that kept coming up was Jeff Mandel. I googled his name and I was sold. When the other side found out Jeff Mandel was my new lawyer, they came to him to work things out. We settled the case and I learned a lesson - use a lawyer respected by other lawyers!
