Thanks to Jennifer and her team's hardwork and dedication, we were able to close on both properties within a week of one another. We are very grateful with their customer service and the willingness to make things happened that suit our goals. When I was injured in a car accident, I was in severe pain and was unable to focus on anything but my medical treatment. I turned to Natalie Shafer and she was able to take the worry out of the process. She dealt with the insurance companies to get my car replaced. She helped with my employer to file for disability. She fought with my insurance company to get me the necessary medical treatment that my doctors were recommending. She was able to bring my case to Court and obtain a substantial settlement which was much more than I had expected. She is a great lawyer and while I hope I am not involved in another accident but if I am she is the first person I will call.

I have used Jim Foerst on many real estate transactions. Being a real estate investor and doing real estate for a living I know how important it is to have a great attorney. Jim is excellent, thorough, and he has an awesome team. Abigail is always on top of the files and super responsive. Sandra is amazing. And everyone else in his office has always been a pleasure to work with. Jim has represented me in over 10 residential closings, 3 commercial transactions, has gotten me 11 variances approved, he’s also done tax appeals on a few of my properties which he has saved me thousands on, and to top it off recently reduced my speeding ticket from 5 points to 0. Settlement agent on the sale of my property. They transferred title of my property 7 days ago and I STILL don’t have the proceeds from the sale! This is the most egregious unethical practice I’ve been a part of, and I’ve been a party to over 100 real estate transactions.

The team at Spector Foerst & Associates were able to help me in a number of different family issues. We were first introduced to Jim as our real estate attorney and he helped our family transition from the Midwest to New Jersey. Once here, we didn’t know many people or professionals, so we continued to rely on Jim and team. Over the next few years, SFA helped us with our wills, got me out of speeding ticket and helped my husband recover money for a car accident. The attorneys at Spector Foerst & Associates are all so knowledgeable and helpful. They advertise as “We want to be your law firm for life.” I can say that this has been true for our family and we will use them for all of our legal needs in the future.

Just wanted to give a great thank you to Jim. I spoke to him about a constructive eviction we had to institute. He was very thorough in explaining to me the process, asking questions, patient in finding the main cause, and efficient in explaining the law. Though my amount was too small to use a lawyer (have to do small claims), he was upfront and honest. I couldn't ask for me. He was stellar! Thank you for your guidance Jim.
