Michele was awesome! Got hit with a speeding ticket that carried a 4 point penalty and fees associated with the ticket. But she was able to get the ticket down to a “0” point offense, which is incredible. She is awesome, very communicative, understanding, and amazing at what she does. I made the right decision by allowing Michele to handle my case.
