I went into the estate planning process anxious and uninformed, but Russ expertly described my options and their ramifications as he took me through every step. He patiently but efficiently explained everything and often anticipated my questions. Russ is thoughtful and accessible and I always felt my best interests and those of my family were his foremost concern. I trust Russ, I like him, and I recommend him without reservation to anyone reading this.

Russ Nesevich and his team did an incredible job putting together an overall estate plan for me and my wife. Russ took the time to answer all of our questions, helped craft documents based on what made sense for our personal situation, and addressed all follow up concerns we had. His staff was courteous and confirmed all appointments in advance. We will continue to use Nesevich Law to update our documents as needed in the future, and would recommend Russ to anyone in need of estate planning.

Denver Leigh Phillips is an amazing speaker. She is a true expert in the field of special education. The content of her presentations is excellent and meaningful to families and professionals. Denver’s presentation style is also wonderful. She provides invaluable insight, as she is both a professional advocate and a parent so she sees things from both angles.

In my opinion your time, money and mental health are incredibly valuable assets. Do not waste them at this firm ! I have lost enough here, please save yourself the agony and go elsewhere.

Hello my experience with Posternock was something different lol. Of course I have never done anything as such before . I was told by my Realtor Gladys about some great Attorneys that can represent me. Long story short I trusted her took her word stepped out on Faith. I just needed people that would help me out read over all my paper work to make sure everything went smoothly as possible in trying to sale my property.. A few bumps but let me tell you you guys were on it from the beginning til the very end. I got emails from Kimberly Jones explaining what I needed to do on my end and they did there part.. I got a call to go over and just making sure that everything was on point dealing with my property. paper work wise .I felt so good about everyone that was on this team Kimberly Jones , Meral I can’t thank you enough such a relief to finally get something off that has been weighing on me . Phenomenal. That's the only word I can think of right now, and it properly describes how Posternock Apell handled our situation. Our son was removed unfairly from school and we had no idea what was going on. He was 6 at the time! It was a nightmare with no solution on sight. Things took a drastic turn when we got in touch with Jessica; she was full of knowledge, empathy, patience, and incredible guidance. What once felt like a court bound battle was resolved without any major issues, all thanks to her guidance and ability to provide all the necessary "ammo" that we as parents needed. Jessica always made it clear that our goal was to make sure our son's rights were respected, and she guided us to a successful resolution in months. She always made us feel comfortable and like she was on our side (because she certainly was!). We had a brief interaction with attorney Sever as well and she was top quality too - very friendly, gave us SO MUCH information, and made us feel extremely prepared for our change in district. We are eternally thankful because Jessica, along with the Posternock Apell staff, gave us an opportunity to fight back in a very calm and civilized manner, and we were able to ensure our son's education continued uninterrupted!
