When we bought our house in 2017 my fiancée could not be added to the deed at the time of purchase. After multiple trips to the Burlington county clerk (which was no help) and several attempts to get her on the deed, still nothing.
A happy situation turned sad until we looked into a real estate lawyer. We found Posternock Apell and Kimberly Jones assisted us with the entire process. She took the necessary steps to make changes to our deed and boom 💥 My fiancée was quickly added to the deed.
