From the initial phone conversation, he spent quality time answering all of our questions and getting to know us in order to prepare our Wills. He offered Estate Planning recommendations and advice on how to best protect our assets. His process is thorough, prompt, and professional. Russ was such a pleasure to work with. We first filled out a form with all of our info to get everything started, which was actually very easy. Then, we had a few discussions to talk through any details and areas that were unclear. He took his time, was super-courteous, pleasant and made it such a painless process. It was a pleasure working with Russ Nesevich for estate planning. He clearly explained our options and was very patient with our questions. He also took the time to clarify why some options would not be in our best interest. Some of those options were recommended by a different lawyer and would have incurred a much larger legal fee, so it was obvious that Russ put our interests as top priority! We feel very comfortable with the plan that was developed - and relieved to have it in place. Thanks Russ for your help!
