My experience with Russ and his staff to update our Wills and establish additional estate documents was wonderful. Russ is professional, patient and very knowledgeable on all matters related to Wills, trusts and estates. Everyone on his staff is responsive, very knowledgeable on all related matters and willing to answer all my questions. He uses very effective communication tools and online services that allowed him to exchange documents, and schedule calls efficiently and on time. I highly recommend his firm and services.

Russ @ Nesevich Law handled our whole estate planning and the process was seamless. Couldn't be more pleased. I would highly recommend Russ. Estate planning often gets overlooked as life goes by.. This is an important topic and properly done, it can help prevent alot of problems in your own financial matters as life happens. I now also have a Special Needs Trust for my son and this gives me alot of peace. I feel very secure with the help and advice I received from Russ.

Russ helped me to rewrite all my estate documents. Throughout the process Russ exemplified legal acumen and (as importantly to me) interacted with me in a collegial manner. He was thorough, patient and very easygoing.
