I was charged with Domestic violence, the job that I have ,your record has to be clean..I was suspended from my job without pay..I knew I was innocent, I needed a lawyer quick, I love the career plath I took and didn't want to loose everything, I worked so hard for.I knew I needed a lawyer fast!! I looked at the reviews for Lawyers and came across Michele Finizio,and let me say,I am thankful I did.. The staff at her office are very professional, answered all my questions. My court date was moved up,if Michele didn't move my court date up,I would be sitting home unpaid!! I was charged with a dui and multiple other tickets, I have a commercial drivers license and drive big trucks for a living. Losing my license is possibly one of the worst things that could happen in my career field. With no direction I spoke to people who were in my situation and everyone of them lost their license . In fear I would be the same I went online and started researching lawyers everyone I came across had plenty of positive reviews but also negative reviews when I found Michelle‘s page I read and read and read all of her reviews and couldn’t find any that were negative so I gave her a call after speaking to her for just a few minutes I knew she was my best chance at having a good outcome. Her prices were very reasonable and in my opinion now I would have paid much more for the services she provides. To be a good lawyer you have to know the laws , and when the laws change other lawyers I spoke with told me I had no chance but with Michelle it was never like that from day one she made me feel like I had a good chance and that there were new laws that could help me in my case. She got right to work and whenever I had a question Or was concerned there was never waiting for an answer either Michelle or one of her Secretaries would call me right back Or would even text me and let me know they were working on an answer. I was never left wondering. Her secretaries were also amazing and deserve just as much credit as she does. They were very helpful super respectful and caring. And extremely compassionate It felt like Michelle and her staff Took my worries and made them their own. Like they were in it with me every step of the way .. We had court, and in my opinion WE WON!!! She was able to save my license and keep me on the road. She got all of the tickets dismissed that would have cost more money in fines and points on my license. She was able to get my BAC reading thrown out and kept me at a tier 1 first offense with no loss of license and only 3 months of an interlock device.... I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and I owe it all to her and her staff. It could have been a totally different outcome and I strongly believe if I didn’t choose her to represent me I wouldn’t be able to get in my truck and drive for a very long tine !!! I can’t thank her staff enough for everything they have done for me, even after winning I needed a paper faxed for the DMV and they told me to come right over and helped me. I had to do something for them for all of their help and putting up with all my questions and concerns so I bought the office lunch and told them to get what ever they wanted!! And trust me they deserve so much more... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MICHELLE FINIZIO to anyone who needs an amazing lawyer.. you will get more then what you pay for and never feel like it wasn’t worth it!! It is very stressful dealing with anything you need a lawyer for and it was like Michelle was able to take that worry and stress away so we could focus on the case I have said it a million times already and will probably say a million more but Thank you so much Michelle and staff for everything you have done !!!

Michele Finizio is amazing i had quite a few cases unfortunately and she got all but one dropped and the one in Berlin she got me a small fine and all other charges dropped. She is responsive worked with me out of state always kept me informed and answered anything I had for her she is so good at her job I would recommend her to anyone I can't thank her enough.
