I was arrested and charged with a number of moving violations as well as DUI and possession of marijuana. After initially retaining a different lawyer I was not pleased with I contacted Michelle and immediately was put at ease by her level of confidence and professionalism. Not only did she make me feel like a top priority, but she contacted the lawyer I initially retained in order to get a refund on the retaining deposit I had made there. She immediately returns phone calls regarding questions about your case and is very transparent and straightforward about how she can handle a situation. Despite facing charges that could have resulted in a loss of my license, massive fines, and even jail time, my multiple charges were ultimately plead down to a disorderly conduct misdemeanor and a few hundred dollar fine I was able to pay upon leaving the court. I recommend anyone in legal hot water to reach out to this talented, personable lawyer. If I ever happen to need legal representation again she is without question who I will reach out to.

I think Michele is one of the best lawyers in South Jersey. She knows how to best help you legally and she will work very hard to do so. When I was in distress and needed help quickly, Michele called right away and was so kind, compassionate and encouraging. A fellow lawyer had told me Michele would get things done right, and she did so much for us. She got the case dismissed and expunged right away. She told us how most lawyers don’t take the time and effort to let you know that the court will expunge your case for free if it is dismissed, but she always tells her clients and does the extra work to help them get it done right away. She was very concerned that our family member’s record be cleared as quickly as possible as she knew about a deluge of expungements that were about to happen in NJ. I would highly recommend Michele as a very accomplished, knowledgeable, wise, honest and kind lawyer who will do what is best for you. Michele also has a very sweet and compassionate office manager, Ashlyn, who wanted to help us with every concern.
