Melanie is so laid back and approachable. I had gone to another lawyer for estate planning and didn't want to return for a needed update because of some issues we had with him. I was referred to Melanie and wish I had gone to her first!! She is super knowledgeable and communicates in everyday language that made it really easy to understand what needed to be done. Her fees are also reasonable for the outstanding value she provides. I highly recommend Melanie for any estate planning, wills, etc. and anything else she can help with!

Melanie guided and assisted me in every way when my Father passed away and then guided and assisted me in every way when my Mother passed away seven months later when the process had to begin all over again. They had multiple assets and she helped get them together to an estate account. My parents had many individual stocks but there was no broker, my Father did everything himself and she helped to close them out successfully. Melanie worked closely together with my parent’s accountanting firm to handle all tax issues both state and local. Melanie was instrumental in working on the sale of my parent’s home because I live in a different state and she attended the settlement along with me to keep things going smoothly. I would highly recommend Melanie to guide and assist anyone else in my situation because it is extremely complicated and complex to get through. My wife and I feel blessed that we were able to enlist her services, she is extremely knowledgeable and professional as well as caring for her clients.

Melanie Levan was our real estate attorney when purchasing a home from a relocation company in West Deptford, NJ. I had purchased a home, but this transaction was not simple due to the seller being a relocation company instead of an individual party. My realtor recommended Melanie, and I cannot be happier with the assistance that was provided throughout the process. Through an unresponsive agent (seller, not buyer), an attorney review period that went well past 3 days, having to move closing dates around, dealing with unexpected items in the survey and title search, etc. Melanie's experience, knowledge, and service made the process as painless as possible.
