This is the worst law firm ever!!!!!!!! Stay far away. After they get your money and they will never respond when you call. Leave messages send e-mails or leave messages you will hear nothing. I applied for guardianship back in october with them, it's now February and it has not moved forward at all. They still haven't filed it. My Lawyer Rachel Glavis never ever responds. They are crooks plain and simple.

When it came time to do our family's estate planning, we chose Nesevich Law and are glad we did. Russ took the time to learn about our family situation as well as our goals and concerns. He educated us on both legal and financial issues surrounding our estate, showing a deep understanding of both. We are grateful for the time he spent helping us.

The initial meeting Russ asked lots of questions to get a better understanding of my estate needs and explained the various roles people would have. At the signing meeting he explained all the paperwork and answered any additional question I had. Very nice and professional.

I thought my Will was going to be an arduous process, Russ was so easy going and organized- he made this process SO easy and happily explained answers to my questions. His experience/ expertise was obvious as we walked through some of the safety clauses built into the documents as well. Definitely, definitely recommend.
